Steven served 11 years in the U.S. Army, working as a Blackhawk mechanic and technical inspector. He later worked as a quality manager in aerospace. That background shapes his approach to maintenance: check the specification, understand the application and avoid guessing.
Steven and his family began traveling full time in their RV in January 2025. Their tow vehicle is a 2013 Ram 2500 with a 6.7L Cummins. Through Campfires and Motors, they share their travels and practical RV-life content.
